Our Process

Submit an Application

First things first, you will need to submit your application to be considered for the role. We try to respond to all applications, but some roles can receive a lot more traffic than others so please don’t take it the wrong way if we don’t get back to you.

Application Reviewed

The recruiting team review all applications in alignment with the hiring manager to see if you have the right skills and experience required for this role. If we think your application fits then we will arrange an initial HR screen for you for the role.

Initial HR Phone Screen

This initial screen is a conversation for us to understand your skills and experience and to answer any questions that you might have on the role. If we like what we hear then we will bring you forward for a technical phone screen with the hiring manager.

Technical Phone Screen

On the technical phone screen, the hiring manager will dig further into your technical skillset and experience. Generally, this is a conversation but if we require any tests or assessments to be completed at this stage we will keep you informed. If you are successful in this round you will be brought through to the next stage which is a face to face interview

Face to Face Interview with key Oneviewers

At this stage you will meet and be interviewed by a number of key stakeholders in the process. These will be people that you will be working with if hired and they can give you a good insight into the day-to-day workings of the team. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions! All of the interviewers will gather with HR after the interview and will debrief on how it went. If you are successful you will be brought forward for a final round interview.

Final Round Interview

Congratulations for making it this far in our process! This is our final opportunity to impress you and for you to impress us too. Please ask any final questions you have here- no question is silly! This will generally be with a member of our senior leadership team. After this interview, HR will then debrief with the hiring panel and we will determine if we want to move to offer. If we decide to not move to offer you will be provided with in-depth feedback as to why we have decided to not offer.

Offer Stage

Hopefully you’ll have been successful and we make you an offer! HR will call you to verbally discuss your offer and confirm notice periods and start dates. Your offer phone call will be followed by a contract letter. Please reach out if you have any questions on this offer letter to HR.
