In 2007, Mark McCloskey, our Founder and President was recovering from a surgical procedure. Confined to a recovery room with one TV and a few other patients where “the biggest guy had the remote,” Mark left the experience knowing there had to be a better way to experience healthcare.
He recalled the entertainment options and concierge service on a flight he took shortly after recovery, and set out to build a team of developers that could reframe how people experience healthcare through technology and Oneview was born.
Why think outside the box when you can think without one? Innovation happens when you remove barriers. We know that every patient has their own unique story, we want to make each story better, starting without pre-conceived notions.
We seek to listen, we ask questions to better understand and then…we speak. When we listen to our patients, our customers and each other, we can always find a better way.
We get stuff done. More importantly, the stuff we get done is the right stuff. It’s quality stuff. It’s stuff you can use. It’s stuff you love to use. We do it because it matters. Because we said we’d do it. And because we’re proud of the quality of our work.
Experience comes from all of our community, whether is someone with 20 years or two weeks of professional experience. We leverage the experience of our clients and of the patients they care for, and come prepared to better understand their needs.

The catalyst for establishing Oneview Healthcare was a simple one – personal experience. I was discharged from hospital, not only with a clean bill of health thankfully, but with a very clear vision of how technology could better serve the needs of patients and those who work tirelessly to care for them. My understanding of the healthcare environment worldwide has deepened considerably since this time and has driven Oneview to develop the best interactive patient care system on the market.
My passion for healthcare was ignited by a chance meeting with Mark McCloskey in 2012. I was inspired by Mark’s vision for using technology to improve the lives of patients and caregivers alike. Bringing deep experience from a successful career in corporate finance, my role as Global CEO is to scale our company globally and deliver return on investment for our customers and shareholders.
I have a huge passion for building products that transform experiences. Healthcare provides a uniquely challenging environment with a massive opportunity to empower and connect patients and providers. The potential to shape positive experiences and to influence better outcomes is why I love what we do. My role is to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation; constantly meeting and exceeding our customer’s expectations, and delivering our promise to revolutionize patient experience.
With a paradigm shift occurring in the healthcare ICT market globally, our objective is to position Oneview Healthcare at the forefront of the patient engagement revolution. With more than 20 years’ experience in commercial and operational roles, my responsibility will be to provide world-class operational support to achieve our strategic objectives.
A proud member of the Oneview Healthcare team, I bring my considerable experience in managing companies undergoing rapid international growth to my role as Chief Financial Officer. A key part of my role is working with the team to develop customized return on investment modelling for healthcare facilities, ensuring that realizing cost efficiencies is a tangible benefit for our customers.
I have more than 17 years of management consulting experience with Accenture and Deloitte helping financial services and government organizations use technology to increase efficiency and manage customer needs more effectively. I joined Oneview Healthcare because I believe that technology can make healthcare better for us all; empowering patients and enabling clinical staff to focus on the aspects of their job that really matter.
I am a practicing pediatric hospitalist and board-certified clinical informaticist. I’ve been at the forefront of healthcare IT innovation for over a decade leading the design and build of electronic health records, data-integrated medical devices, telehealth, mobile health technologies, unified communications and patient engagement applications. Recently, I led the vision and implementation of technology for UCSF’s state-of-the-art Mission Bay Medical Center – a $1.52 billion new construction project, which opened in 2015. I am passionate about using technology to empower patients, strengthen relationships, and inform partnered decision-making.
My noble purpose is to use technology and data to improve the lives of my customers’ patients, and to improve health systems’ clinical care delivery and business objectives. My passions lie in data analytics and cognitive computing, healthcare consumerism, and improving the patient experience to drive engagement and create a culture of empowered wellness. I’m committed to my regional HIMSS chapter, mentoring new nurses, acting as an advisor to graduate nurses preparing for thesis defense, and my role as an official reviewer for the Journal of Patient Experience. I also enjoy leading a Women in STEM group for middle and high school students interested in the STEM fields and look forward to seeing more women in leadership roles in healthcare IT.
I believe deeply that successful patient engagement is a key driver to bending the cost curve of healthcare. In addition to my passion for improving patient care, I bring knowledge from a successful career in sales and client management to my role at Oneview. As the leader in sales and sales operations, I am focused on growing our North American footprint, one client at a time.
With my clinical background, I have seen the power of a person-centric model in healthcare. From my direct experience in working with hospitals, skilled nursing centers, senior living communities and home care, I have found that strategic engagement solutions result in a more positive experience for the provider, the individual and the family. At Oneview, my focus is to elevate the resident experience by helping communities incorporate a custom model for success.
There are no two industries more tightly coupled for making a difference, at scale, in people’s health and wellbeing than healthcare and information technology. This is why I have spent close to two decades at this crossroads, making positive impacts through valuable partnerships with healthcare organizations around the world. I joined Oneview as I see these industries shifting to a priority of putting the consumer experience first, and Oneview is perfectly positioned to make this experience a better one for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
I have over 20 years experience as a thought leader in IT with a proven track record of transforming quality practices across large scale corporations and medium enterprises with a strategy of growth. I am passionate about quality, people and process and have an innate ability to combine these strengths to lead teams to deliver best in bred Products at scale where quality is built in from the ground up. I joined Oneview Healthcare because I wanted to lead my part of the transformational journey that sees Healthcare and Information Technology combine to positively impact the provider, the clinical team and the patient to achieve better outcomes.

I am passionate about improving patient care and experience, hence the reason why I joined Oneview.
My role is managing and evolving a best practice PMO focused on the effective delivery of our product to our customers worldwide.
I have over 18 years working with teams to build products across diverse industries and geographies. The best thing about my role in Oneview Healthcare, is that my team and I are solving for real problems for real users as healthcare is something that touches all of our lives, and the lives of our friends and families at some point.
The consumerisation of healthcare management means we expect more from the products and services we use to manage our health. We expect it to feel familiar, straightforward and easy to use. This is where I leverage my experience in building consumer products to ensure we meet these needs in our products. I am passionate about finding ways to make healthcare management a less daunting, more empowering experience for users.
Sometimes we forget that what can seem like small, inconsequential product features could be the difference between a patient or family member feeling more in control of their care rather than scared or anxious. Being part of the team that can help improve the healthcare experience is a big reason I love my job.
Two of my greatest passions are people and technology. I have been working with technology companies since 2009 and was attracted to Oneview Healthcare due to the impact the platform has on not only the patients’ experiences in healthcare facilities, but also the experience of their friends and families. My role here at Oneview allows me to support the great team members we have, as well as help scale and implement processes to ensure they can be successful in their roles.
