The Oneboarding Experience

Everyone who joins our team participates in “Oneboarding” – several days of training at one of our global offices that tend to resemble an intensive learning camp, more than an orientation exercise.

We have built this program based on our three of our company values: “Experience matters”, “Listen to understand” and “#GQSD” (Get Quality Stuff Done).
