My work has to mean something to me. When I first started, I attended a "go-live" of one of our clients and saw the kids in the hospital using our system and the enjoyment they got out of it, right then I really got what it is we do and why we do it.
It's very easy to lose sight of what you're doing and why, but what I like so much about working at Oneview is that we are constantly trying to figure out how our software will actually make a patient's life better.

Everyone who joins our team participates in “Oneboarding” – several days of training at one of our global offices that tend to resemble an intensive learning camp, more than an orientation exercise.
