The summer is heating up, and so is innovation at Oneview. The Product Team recently delivered our second Product Quarterly Update of 2025—highlighting the momentum behind our mission to improve connected care experiences, every day.

☀️ Here’s a look at what’s new and what’s coming:

📊 Unlocking New Insights with Data Analytics
The latest version of Oneview’s Data Analytics platform introduces powerful new dashboards and filtering capabilities—including by patient age, preferred language, and unit type. These enhancements enable deeper, more actionable insight into how patients engage with the Oneview system. The updated dashboards are rolling out to customers over the coming weeks.

🍽️ Enhancing Meal Ordering with Morrison Healthcare
New integration enhancements have been delivered for customers using Morrison Healthcare’s food services, streamlining the process of placing and managing patient meal orders. This improvement is a direct result of customer collaboration and is included in the 2025.R3 release.

🥇 Reimagining the Meal Ordering Experience
A fully redesigned Meal Ordering app—rebuilt from the ground up based on customer feedback—was unveiled. With a more intuitive and personalized interface, it’s easier than ever for patients to place meal orders independently, delivering greater convenience and value. The new Meal Ordering app will be available in the 2025.R5 release later this year.

MyStay Platform: A Glimpse of the Future
We shared a sneak peek at the next-generation MyStay user experience, launching in late 2025. AI-powered by design, this new experience is intuitive, accessible, and intelligent—setting a new benchmark for inpatient engagement. It’s a bold step forward in delivering more personalized, proactive, and human-centered digital experiences at the bedside.
