Oneview A Year in Review
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on a year defined by innovation, growth, and unwavering commitment to connected care. From major hospital go-lives to groundbreaking AI initiatives, every milestone has been powered by the passion to improve connected care experiences, every day. This year wasn’t just about technology, it was about people, partnerships, and purpose. Join us as we look back on the moments that shaped our journey and set the stage for an exciting 2026.
Q1: New Beginnings, Bold Identity & Breakthrough Innovation
The year opened with strong momentum as we delivered multiple impactful go-lives across the U.S. In January, deployments at Inova PSB2 and Inova Loudoun Hospital brought more than 200 devices online, complemented by the successful Fairfax Nurse Call Project and Fairoak Hospital go-live — a testament to teamwork and execution.
February marked a defining moment with the full launch of our refreshed Oneview brand, reinforcing our mission to improve connected care experiences every day and our vision to make the digital environment of care accessible, seamless, and reliable for all.
In March, innovation took centre stage with the introduction of Ovie, our GenAI-powered virtual care assistant, alongside global go-lives at Adeney Private Hospital and Care New England. Each step reflects our promise to lighten the load for clinicians while giving patients greater control through smart, human-focused solutions

Q2: Standards, Scale & Shared Learning
April saw Oneview achieve a historic milestone becoming the first listed company in Australia to receive ISO 42001 certification, showcasing our dedication to responsible, ethical, and transparent AI practices. This achievement strengthens trust with partners as AI features continue to expand.
May delivered significant U.S. growth, including go-lives at the University of Iowa, Sharp Grossmont, and Mercy Fort Smith. From new beds to digital door signs, our teams demonstrated remarkable coordination and expertise across diverse environments.
June continued the momentum with deployments at the University of Miami and CHOC, while celebrating a major academic achievement: our CEO, James Fitter, graduated from the University of Oxford’s AI for Business programme. This quarter showcased the combined power of operational excellence and continuous learning.

In August, Catholic Health celebrated a successful ribbon cutting and rapid go-live at St. Catherine’s, completed in record time. Additional support for Good Samaritan’s expansion, paired with staff fundraising achievements at the Epworth Ball, highlighted both operational excellence and community spirit.
September was defined by partnership-driven innovation. Highlights included presenting at Baxter’s Customer Centre in Dubai, launching Guest Mode at Summit Pacific, and integrating Care.ai into Oneview’s virtual care ecosystem.

October reflected Oneview’s culture of learning and leadership. Team members represented the company at Becker’s Healthcare Conference, hosted our Tech Week in Chicago, and delivered hands-on AI workshops for engineering teams. Engagement in Baxter’s Connected Care Week further underscored our role in advancing digital health.
November welcomed a distinguished leader to our Board: Michael Dowling, CEO Emeritus of Northwell Health, known globally for his commitment to patient centred‑ care. This month also brought strengthened relationships with Ascension and Children’s Health Ireland, plus new design sessions with CHOC, charting exciting paths forward.
December closed the year on a high note with the opening of the new Citizens Medical Center hospital and a global wave of festive celebrations. From bake sales to Christmas parties, our teams embraced the spirit of community, gratitude, and connection that defines Oneview.
